AN Avon and Somerset Police horse is to be officially named after Wellington in a ceremony at the town’s monument tomorrow (Thursday).

The eight year old horse, currently known as Rolo, will become ‘Wellington’ at the ceremony which will be attended by the Mayor of Wellington Cllr Janet Lloyd. It starts at 11am and members of the public are invited to attend.
