THE Green Dragon in South Street, Wellington, is up for auction with a guide price of £225,000.

The Dragon, a pub since 1766, closed early last month and the landlady Ruth Pike was evicted.

Enterprise Inns, based in Solihull, which owns the pub, said at the time it was “reviewing options for the site”.
