CHILDREN at Wellesley Park Primary School in Wellington took part in the National Roald Dahl 100 day to celebrate 100 years since the author’s birth.

Children and staff went to school dressed as Roald Dahl or one of his characters. They took part in lots of themed activities throughout the day and in a special assembly.

In the evening lots of the children returned to school to watch a special screening of Roald Dahl’s story ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’.
