CHILDREN at St John’s Primary School in Wellington have made almost 200 dragonflies as part of a community project on display in St John’s Church.

Some 2,000 dragonflies have been made by local schools, elderly care homes, individuals in their own homes and at drop-in sessions at the church.

Fiona Brown organised the project and the dragonflies, displayed at Easter, will remain on show until the end of June.
