A FUN walk is being held next month for people interested in exploring the Quantock Hills.

Walkers are being encouraged to join the Quantock AONB’s most knowledgeable volunteer rangers for a moderate nine-mile (12k) walk starting out from the relatively untouched village of East Quantoxhead. 

The walk takes place on Friday, March 8, between 10a.m. and 2p.m. Walkers will meet at the East Quantoxhead car park (Duck Pond) at TA 5 IEJ and tickets cost £5 from quantockhills.com/events/explore-east-quantoxhead-and-the-coast.

The walk will take in some stunning scenery and is expected to last about three hours.
