ROLES on stage and behind the scenes are on offer when Wellington Operatic Society performs the musical Annie next year.

The group is staging the launch of the show next month at Wellington Arts Centre in Eight Acre Lane.

A spokesperson for the group said: “Everyone is welcome to come along and find out more about the show – there is a lot more to it than just the orphans! “We welcome new members at all times and for this show there are many roles for young and older, male and female, and so everyone will have an opportunity to be involved.

“If you would like to be involved on stage, backstage, set building or with costumes and the like please come along.”

The show launch is on Monday, December 10, at 7pm.
