CYCLISTS in the Wellington area are being urged to get on their bikes and raise money for sight loss organisation Somerset Sight.
The charity is celebrating its centenary this year and to celebrate is organising a sponsored bike ride on Saturday, June 1.
Cyclists have the option of 25km, 65km and 100km routes on a solo bike or the back of a tandem. Entry is £15 which includes route, refreshment stops, certificate and technical T-shirt to wear on the ride. Somerset Sight helps more than 3,500 people every year with emotional and practical support.
