TWELVE Kingsmead School, Wiveliscombe, students have made the long trip to visit their exchange partners in Kitwe, Zambia.

This was a return visit, with the Zambian students having made the trip to Somerset in December 2014.

For two weeks the Kingsmead group stayed with their partners in Kitwe, experiencing real Zambian family life and culture.

Although many differences were noticed it was also clear that far more was held in common across the two communities.
