STUDENTS and staff at Court Fields School, Wellington, have raised £800 through an Australia Day fundraiser.

The money will be split between the Australian Red Cross and Australian Wildlife Rescue.

Students and staff were involved in a non-uniform day, wearing blue, red and white clothing, and two staff even dressed as Koala bears.

A cake sale was held and in the evening staff and parents took part in a quiz night at the World’s End pub on the Wellington to Taunton road.
