Children in the Woodlands unit at Beech Grove Primary School in Wellington had a wonderful first term.

Pupils went on ’welly walks’ every week, exploring nature and the local area.

An animal expert visited as part of their literacy unit and the author of ’Never Mess with the Pirate Princess’ read her story to children.

Pupils used Osmo to explore shape and pattern in Maths, and the Nativity show recorded for parents was a great success.
