WIVELISCOMBE Rotary Club raised £259 at Wiveliscombe Street Fair to help with the running costs of Wiveliscombe Library.

Rotary president Jan Middleton said the library was very important to the community and provided a wonderful service for all ages.

The club has also recently given financial support to the town band and Ten Radio.

Rotary’s next community event is Santa in the Square in Wiveliscombe at the switch-on of the town’s Christmas lights on Friday, November 29, at 5pm.
