Questions include how often they visit, what services they use, how they find staff support, the quality of library facilities and services, how library services could be improved in future and what stops people visiting their local library.
The survey can be completed online at www.somerset.gov.uk/librarysurvey from July 24-August 12. Alternatively, surveys are available from Wellington library. The survey is open to library users under 16 as well. Therefore, children may be asked by a member of library staff to complete a questionnaire.
