WELLINGTON-based Somerdale International, the leading importer of British cheeses into the USA, has again been showcasing the best of British cheeses at this year’s International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association Seminar & Expo.

The event in Houston, Texas, is the largest show in the world serving the dairy, deli and bakery categories and was expected to attract more than 9,000 trade visitors with 1,900 exhibitor booths.
