BLIND pensioner Tilly Trotter has raised more than £2,500 for Guide Dogs for the Blind Association - with more sponsorship and donations still to come.

Tilly, until this year a member of Wellington Bowmen, trekked the 78 kilometres from Tiverton Canal Basin to Bridgwater and back again with her guide dog Gwyn by her side to mark her 78th birthday, completing the feat at 4pm on Sunday.
