The show features a wonderful Dame who suspiciously resembles Dame Edna Everidge, a big hairy beast and an even bigger, and possibly hairier, bad guy who wants to marry Bella – a beautiful young maiden with the voice of an angel. The staff at the enchanted castle are played by very talented and enthusiastic children.
Audiences will see the ‘Glass Slipper Hop’, as demonstrated by the Fairy Godmother, and they might want to find out who has invaded the pantomime from another tale (reward offered). They will also hear a song about beer, see a talking badger and have the chance to try a pie from Mrs Miggens’ tart shop.
Light-hearted family fun is on offer at the Victoria Hall in Milverton on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, November 23, 24 and 25. Doors open at 7pm for 7.30pm with a matinee on Saturday when doors open at 2pm for 2.30pm.
Tickets priced £8 adults, £4 children are available from Milverton Stores or email Vicky on [email protected] A limited number of tickets will be available at the door for the evening shows. A bar will also be on offer.
