HOROLOGIST Chris Campbell told visitors about the village clock when the clock tower at Bathealton Church was opened on Saturday.

Chris, who cares for the clock, winds it up and ensures it keeps accurate time, explained how it works and answered questions.

The church was decorated by its flower ladies and cream teas were on offer in the village hall with all funds raised in aid of the church.
