MARK Tracy – Amano Samarpan – who occasionally contributes photographs to the WWN, is exhibiting his work as part of a joint exhibition at The Old Brick Factory in Higher Poole, near Wellington.

This photo is of a temporary lake that formed during the floods of 2014.

He writes: “It was late afternoon in January and suddenly the sun shone through the cloud and for just a few minutes the landscape was illuminated.”

The exhibition runs until November 26.
