PEOPLE in Wellington who wonder what happens to their household recycling once it has been picked up from the kerbside or dropped off at a recycling bank or centre can get the answers from a document just published.
Somerset Waste Partnership is one of the first local authority organisations in the country to publish a detailed "End-Use Register" for 2007/8, the latest year with full figures.
The document gives information about what happens to all those jars, cans, newspapers and other materials that local people recycle so diligently.
Pick up a copy of tomorrow's WWN to find out more.
