AN evening with TV wildlife expert, photographer and author Johnny Kingdom raised £1,710 for Langford Budville village hall funds.

The event, sponsored by Langford Lakes Christmas Tree Farm, took place at the village hall.

Reg Hendy, owner at Langford Lakes, said: “We were delighted to be able to sponsor this fantastic event. Johnny told tales about his experiences on Exmoor, which were illustrated by his wonderful wildlife photographs.

“We were so pleased the event managed to raise an amazing amount of money for village hall funds.”
