THE Wiveliscombe Community Wind Band, pictured playing at one of its Christmas concerts, is looking for new members.

The band has swelled in numbers and has a new practice venue at Cotleigh Brewery in Ford Road, Wiveliscombe. The band has been welcomed there and as it is where Jazz in the Bar is promoted, it is a fitting place to practice.

The band starts back on Tuesday, January 12, at 7pm at the Brewery bar and then every fortnight.until Easter. Anyone who would like to go along should phone Hilary 01984 623335.
