WELL, the cat’s finally out of the bag for local motorcycling teenager Bradley Richman, writes Kerry Rawson.
Not only will he be racing in the British Superbike Championship’s Superstock 600 class in his rookie season as we’ve reported previously, we can now confirm he will be riding for the Hel Performance Kawasaki team on a Kawasaki zx636.
HEL Performance manufactures motorcycle and automotive brake, clutch and oil line kits in Exeter and Bradley recently met with company director, Simon Lane – Mr Hel himself – to launch the bike and announce their partnership.
In the teenagers own words “Well what can I say – it was an amazing day down at Hel Performance seeing Simon who has given me this awesome opportunity to ride the Hel Performance Kawasaki in the British Superstock 600 class. I feel so blessed to be riding this awesome bike in such a very competitive class but I’m going to give it my all”.
He added: “I’m fortunate enough to be testing the Hel Performance Kawasaki in Almería, Spain before the first official BSB test at Silverstone on April 1. The first race weekend is also at Silverstone on Easter weekend so if anyone wanted to come along and see the Hel Performance Kawasaki please pop in for a coffee/chat.”
But if you can’t make it to the BSB rounds in person then we’ll keep everyone updated on his progress right here so watch this space and go BRADDERS #20.
