WELLINGTON will be looking to maintain their 100 per cent start to the season in the Premier Division of the Somerset Cricket League when they play away to Burnham on Sea on Saturday.

In their latest match over the weekend, Wellington gained their third straight win with a 65-run victory over Taunton Deane 2nd XI.

Twenty-year-old skipper Aaron Campbell led from the front, snapping up 6-17 with his off-spin in a low scoring game which produced only 233 runs.

“I must admit I’m surprised how well we have started the season,” said Campbell. “In a couple of weeks we’ll have our university boys back which will increase competition for places.”
