WELLINGTON Croquet Club ‘B’ enjoyed an away match at beautiful Kingstone Maurward, Dorset. One player Graham Hill only recently became a member and played well.

New members are still being sought, so if you are slightly curious about the game contact Anne Woodford, club secretary, 01823 667299 who can arrange for you to come to Club Afternoons which are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 2.30 to 5pm.

The Wellington club is a friendly group and welcome all ages. Free coaching is on offer and the club supply the equipment. One of the latest recruits is under 20 years of age so players are never too young or too old to give the game a try.
