OAKE Manor Juniors have won the Somerset County Juniors Development League with the team continuing their winning ways in the final match of the season at Taunton and Pickeridge Golf Club.

Junior captain Tom Cornish led the way with a sound performance while Brian Louis and Freddie Elgin both scoring 37 points of handicaps of 24 & 27 finished second and third out of 12 in the individual rankings. Ben Thompson, playing in the last group off his new handicap of 30, managed an impressive 40 points and finished second in the individual rankings. In earlier rounds both Calum Pinn and Cameron Pinn along with Charlie Sharland made important contributions to the team’s success.
