THE Somerset RFU have decided not to take any action against Wellington back rower Danny Lee who was controversially sent off at Honiton last week.

Lee received two yellow cards in the first half, both harshly awarded, the second for not releasing the ball.

“I think the RFU’s decision not to suspend Danny sums up what they thought of the sending off,” said Wellington club spokesman Allyn Chetland.

It meant Lee was available to play in Saturday’s home game against Lanner.
