Scouts go underwater with aqua club

WELLINGTON and Taunton Sub Aqua Club held a ’come and try’ session for the Wellington scout group at King’s College last Thursday.

After a safety brief the scouts were introduced to scuba and were able to experience swimming underwater with a dedicated instructor.

All were issued with a certificate of achievement at the end of the session.

Thumbs up and a big thank you were given by the scouts and leaders on their departure.

Next month another 12 scouts will experience scuba for the first time.
