YEAR 6 Wellington Ambassadors from Beech Grove Primary School in Wellington visited the studios of BBC Radio Somerset.

The editor, Nick Bull, gave them a tour of the site explaining that 16 full-time staff broadcast to about 70,000 listeners a week.

The youngsters were shown the computing server system, a studio involved in a live broadcast from Chelsea Flower Show and a green room where they were placed in the Points West TV studio.
