WILDLIFE rescue charity worker Amanda Barton, of Russet Close, Wellington, sent in this picture of a hedgehog she picked up.

Amanda, a response driver for Secret World, at East Huntspill, said: “I was called on to collect this lovely little lady. She was found out in the day and is very underweight.

“Thanks to an alert member of the public ‘Conker’ will be well looked after and should be back in the spring.”
