It was reported at the December meeting of Wellington Town Council that pushchair and wheelchair users faced problems because of the staggered barrier on the footpath from South Street car park to Fore Street.

It was agreed to take the matter up with owners Taunton Deane Borough Council to see what improvements could be made to make access easier.
