CHRISTMAS was celebrated in style at Court Fields School with their annual concert which showcased the talent and dedication of its students.

The well-attended event was held at Court Fields School on the evening of Wednesday, December 17, and was packed with variety of musical ensembles and festive spirit.

The Glee Club, who have been rehearsing tirelessly since September, wowed the audience with a stunning mix of traditional carols and modern favourites.

One audience member summed up their performance and said: “They get better every year.”

Highlights included a solo guitarist and pianist, dynamic bands performing hits from The Waitresses, Mariah Carey, and Slade, as well as heartwarming Christmas jokes and readings.

Solo singers and small group performances added even more sparkle to the night, leaving the audience in awe of the talent on display.

The enchanting evening featured readings that captured the magic of Christmas, along with original poetry that reflected the joy of the season.

Audience members were encouraged to sing along to the festive songs and join in with the Christmas spirit.

Adding to the festive fun, a raffle was held during the event, raising funds to support Court Field School’s performing arts department.

These contributions will help the school continue to provide opportunities for students to shine on stage and develop their creative skills.

This concert followed a busy season of performances beyond the school walls.

Court Field School students brought Christmas cheer to local nursing homes and primary schools, and The Glee Club proudly represented Court Fields at the Wellington Christmas Lights Switch-On and the Christmas at the Wellesley event.
