WHAT’S all the fuss about. . .?
Elvis is alive and well, in Wellington.
The much-loved itinerant black cat may have lost one of his nine homes in North Street when the Nook and Cranny craft shop moved to the former Mary Jenkins’ food store in High Street.
But he still has a lovely bed, scratch post, basket of toys, and he is eating the ‘most expensive of foods - and he has fresh water.
Customers who have been concerned about his welfare need not have worried.
Elvis has continued living a life of luxury in one of his other homes, the laundrette next to the former Nook and Cranny premises.
Sharon Frost is keeping an eye on him and Elvis has a donation box at the new shop which will hopefully help to cover any veterinary bills that might come along.
Any odd pennies will be most welcome.
