A BLIND pensioner is planning to celebrate her 78th birthday by walking 78 kilometres for charity.

Tilly Trotter, a registered blind person and, until this year, a member of Wellington Bowmen, is to trek from Tiverton Canal Basin to Bridgwater and back again with her guide dog Gwyn by her side to raise money for Guide Dogs.
