BECAUSE it was considered overbearing and out of keeping, Wellington Town Council decided to recommend Taunton Deane Borough Council to refuse planning permission for a chalet bungalow on a plot of land at the rear of 29-31 North Street, Wellington.

The final decision will be made by the Deane.
