Opinion: Five pence sprouts are great, but spare a thought for your high streetChildren have been busy decorating 12 large Easter Eggs which will be hidden in the park. Maps to find the eggs and crack the code will be on sale from the WWN from Monday, March 20, priced £1. All completed maps will be entered into a prize draw to win an Easter chocolate hamper.
The partnership would like to thank the Friends of Wellington Park for allowing it to organise the event. Local businesses Flip Out, Splat Messy Play, Adventure Babies, Megan’s Academy of Dance, Charlotte Louise, HomElectrix, Eloquent Technologies, Clerksroom, Caroline Bailey Designer Travel, Ecoprotex and Prideshine Valenting have sponsored eggs to help raise funds.
Anyone looking for something to keep the children entertained over half-term is invited to join in and help the pre-school raise money to send the children on an adventure at Wellington’s new forest school.
The partnership would love to see how families have enjoyed joining in the trail – photos can be shared on social media using the hashtag #WPEasterTrail.
