A WORKER at Fox Bros in Wellington for 45 years, David Rogers, has lost his battle against cancer.

Mr Rogers, 76, who was born in Ton Pentre, Wales, and lived in Alexander Road, Wellington, worked in the warehouse at Fox’s virtually all the time while employed by the woollen company. He was a lifelong member of the Conservative Club.

He died on Sunday at home surrounded by family.
