A DOG poo bin right next to the children’s playground on the Cades Farm estate is frequently full and people are just leaving the bags beneath. 

Amanda Barton, who lives nearby, told the WWN: “This is a big health hazard to children who may fall over as they run past. 

“We all know the health risks from dog poo.  Admittedly people shouldn’t be so lazy as to toss it underneath – they could just take it home. But I guess they feel they shouldn’t have to. The council should be seeing to this.”
