ELECTORS in Rockwell Green will be going to the polls to fill a seat on Wellington Town Council.

The seat became vacant after councillor Bill Sparrow resigned for ‘personal reasons’ in December.

More than ten villagers wrote to the town council to request the election and trigger the poll, which will be held on a date yet to be announced.
