WELLINGTON Local History and Museum Society is set to host a talk exploring the history of the town through old postcards.
Taking place on Thursday, May 22, the talk - titled ‘Old Postcards of Wellington’ - will be presented by Nick Chipchase who will share the story of his 45-year-old collection of postcards.
Through the talk, Nick will shed light on the history of Wellington - and Taunton - as he shares his collection of vintage postcards featuring scenes of the town and surrounding area.
Old Postcards of Wellington will take place at 7.30pm on May 22 at Wellington Prep School Hall. Tickets for members are £3 and £4 for non-members.
