Wellington Medical Centre’s flu vaccination programme is about to get under way.

Individuals aged over 65 who are shielding because of Covid-19 are being invited first, followed by people aged under 65 who are shielding, including shielding children.

All other eligible patients will be invited following the completion of the initial programme.

Patients will be allocated a date to attend in a letter and need to contact the medical centre to arrange a time. Patients should be punctual and take their letter of invitation with them with the reverse of the form completed.

The main waiting room will be open for ten patients only at a time and everyone should wear face masks and, if possible, attend unaccompanied.

The ladies’ and gentlemen’s cloakrooms will not be open except for use in an emergency.
