MARK Ormrod MBE will be visiting Ferne Animal Sanctuary on Friday, March 7, to share his inspiring personal story following the life-changing injuries he sustained while serving in Afghanistan.

The former Royal Marine, Invictus Games athlete and now motivational speaker, Mark will share a talk on resilience, overcoming adversity and finding strength in the face of life’s toughest challenges.

The talk, which will begin at 10am, will be followed by a Q&A in which attendees will have the chance to quiz Mark on his unique life story.

Tickets for the talk and Q&A can be purchased on the Ferne Animal Sanctuary website, with all proceeds going towards the sanctuary’s work in caring for animals in need.
