FORMER Wellington Conservative Club treasurer Kevin Aylott, 63, awaits sentencing at Taunton Crown Court on Friday after pleading guilty to siphoning off more than £50,000 of club funds at an earlier hearing.
Aylott, who lives in Sylvan Road, Wellington, took the money over a period of four years and faces a prison sentence of up to four years.
He has been out on unconditional bail since admitting the fraud.
