LOCAL business Somerset Camping has come to the aid of Court Fields School, Wellington, student Aaron Filler by giving him a sleeping bag for his trip to Madagascar.

He is one of a group of eight students who have all been responsible for raising funds to help with the cost of the expedition.

They will be leaving for Madagascar on July 14 and will work with local communities and visit conservation projects on the island.

Aaron said: “I am very grateful to Glen and the team at Somerset Camping. The sleeping bag is one less expense for me and I can use the money saved to go towards paying for my vaccinations – which I am not really looking forward to!”
