SOMERSET County Cricket Ground played host to a secondary school prom last month.
On Friday, June 27, Year 11 students from Court Fields School took to the red carpet as they arrived at their Leavers’ Prom for 2025.
Held at the county cricket ground in Taunton for the second year in a row, the prom was a fabulous celebration enjoyed by staff and students alike, say Court Fields.
With balloon decorations from Before The Party, a photo-booth from The Magic Mirror Company and music from TH discos and events, the night proved to be a grand send off for the Class of 2025.

The students will reunite at the end of August for GCSE results day.
Headteacher Polly Matthews said: “We were delighted to welcome our year 11 Leavers 2025 to their prom last Friday at the Cooper Associates County Ground in Taunton.
“The stunning setting formed an amazing backdrop for our arrivals and we were treated to quite superb evening by the hospitality team.
“Our students were simply amazing, dancing the night away, enjoying the opportunity to celebrate on arrival with their parents and throughout the evening with staff and friends.
“Thank you to all those who worked hard to make it such a fantastic evening, and well done to our lovely Leavers 2025.”
