A BEEKEEPING taster session will be held at Bradford-on-Tone on Saturday when Taunton Beekeepers offer the chance to learn about honeybees and see the workings of live hives.

Visitors will be given a talk at the teaching centre at Heatherton Park, near Bradford-on-Tone, and afterwards, weather permitting, will be kitted up in bee suits to observe honeybees in the apiary. Protective clothing will be provided but participants must take along wellington boots.
