YOUNG Thea Kershaw, of Mill Path, Tonedale, has had her long hair cut for the Little Princess Trust.

The charity provides real hair wigs for children who have lost their hair through cancer treatment and for other reasons.

Thea, six, had been growing her hair for four years before having it cut to provide material for a wig.

Thea, who attends Beech Grove Primary School in Wellington, has also raised £550 through a JustGiving webpage – the cost of producing a real hair wig for a child.

She had her hair cut by Marinella Warren at Casey Warren’s salon in High Street, Wellington.
