When we got back to the town centre someone came up to me and showed me a photo of my credit card on their phone.
“Apparently, I had dropped it in the park/Rec area and it had been found by someone, and a lady had kindly put a picture on Facebook. I walked back down to the Rec and collected it from the organisers of the Wellington Under 10s football tournament.
“Over the next hour or so lots of people kindly contacted me to let me know that the card was missing. I would like to thank everyone for their help, particularly those involved with Wellington Under 10s who took time out from a busy morning’s competition to help me out.”
