PCSO Pearl Hine receives a bouquet as a thank you for her work in Wellington from town Mayor Janet Lloyd.

Pearl, who was involved in local events, Dreamscheme and Wellington One, has joined Devon and Cornwall Constabulary as a Police Constable.
