THE November winner of Pet of the Month, run by Wellington Funeralcare and the WWN, is Pickles, the first cat to win the prize since the competition was launched in April.

Pickles was nominated by Cindy Moore of Priory, Wellington.

She said: “Pickles is always waiting for me outside in all weathers to greet me from work – she gets on her hind legs and turns around like a ballet dancer.”

Pickles won a goody bag including a strong limited edition ‘Proud to be Wellington Pet of the Month’ cotton eco-shopping bag, certificate and rosette.
