A WELLINGTON mum has told of her heartbreak following the sudden death of her daughter, aged just 12 months.

Kelsea Crocker, of Tonedale, was rushed to Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton on November 8 after she stopped breathing during a Saturday family shopping trip in Wellington.
