A NEW dental practice is opening its doors next week in Bishops Lydeard following extensive renovations, and is inviting local residents to tour the new facilities before the official open date.
Church House Dental Clinic, located on West Street in Bishops Lydeard, is inviting all to an open day on Saturday, October 22 , from 10am to 3pm.
The open day promises to be enjoyable and informative, offering tours of the new facilities, a chance to learn about the latest techniques and treatments on offer, as well as a prize draw to win a top-of-the-range electric toothbrush.
Principal dentist and practice owner Dr Sonika Burger said: “We have been working really hard to prepare the practice over the past few months and we’re very proud of what we have achieved. Now we’re looking forward to sharing it with everyone and taking care of all of our new patients’ smiles, big and small!
“The whole team will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions, so it’s a great opportunity for visitors to discover the range and quality of services we offer. The day will include demonstrations of how we can take digital impressions, manufacture crowns in-house by our own laboratory on the premises, as well as information about Denplan payment plans, cosmetic treatments, and more.”
Sonika decided to open her new practice in Bishops Lydeard after living in the village with her family for just over three and a half years. When it opens, Church House Dental Clinic will be the only dental practice in the area, able to offer check-ups, restorative and cosmetic dentistry to the local residents and beyond.
Sonika added: “In addition to offering a prize draw to win a fantastic Oral-B Pro Cross Action 4000 to all adult who signs up as a Denplan patient on the day, children will also have the opportunity to enter a colouring competition to win a very special children’s dental gift bag. We will also be offering £70 off of teeth whitening treatment to everyone in attendance.”
